The Commercial Account Manager is also responsible for the successful management of Commercial & Mechanical contractors in a variety of geographical areas, primarily in but not limited to Southern Wisconsin.This position will serve our Design Air customers, located in Kimberly, WI. This position can be fully remote, but must be based near a major US city, per Rheem’s Remote Working Policy. Our ideal candidate will be based in Kimberly, West Allis, or Madison, WI.ResponsibilitiesOversee commercial projects of all sizes with assistance from Commercial/Engineering department Develop sales territory to meet and exceed profitability goals as defined by the strategic plan, annual sales budget, and desired levels of market penetration for overall volume, margin, and product lineAssess and monitor competition in the territory to identify potential or lost businessMeet with customers to sell products and services, establish relationships, and solve problemsConduct data analyses to key accounts/prospects to measure performanceAchieve successful outcomes through the application of a consultative sales process, providing solutions to business problemsCoordination and management of commercial projects through the inception, life cycle and closeout of said projectsMaintain accurate and up-to-date files relating to customer contact, details, and promotional activities Maintain outstanding levels of customer serviceSupport corporate efforts for safety, technology, compliance, and all other company procedures Other related duties as assigned Qualifications5-6 years of related industry sales or customer service experience required Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field Advanced knowledge of the HVAC industry with application, technical and/or managerial experience is requiredStrong commercial sales focus is required Degree in business management or sales preferred Ability to work with a variety of people and handle difficult situations in a positive and professional mannerExceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate Entrepreneurial, goal-driven, action-oriented, self-motivatedWillingness to own and lead projectsAbility to collaborate and work independently Excellent time management and organization skills Strong knowledge of sales and marketing concepts and techniques As a Leader At Rheem, How You Achieve Results Is As Important As The Results You Achieve.
