As a Cornerstone Consultant, you will be responsible for:Supporting Cornerstone implementation workstreams across discovery, design, build, test, and deployment using an agile delivery methodologyGathering business and functional requirements, mapping user journeys, and writing user stories to support solution design and configuration of Organization Units, Learning Objects, Channels, Pathways, and Skills featuresSupporting iterative configuration of the Cornerstone application across LMS/LXP, Transform, or Technical/Data Conversion spaceFacilitating design sessions with client stakeholders to review requirements, validate configuration decisions, and refine the solution throughout design sprintsDocumenting baseline and current-state learning and talent service delivery operations to identify transformation opportunities and define points of valueDeveloping implementation plans covering scope, milestones, budget, and high-level architecture, while monitoring workstream risks, issues, and project progressA successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to othersThe TeamOur HR Strategy & Technology Offering is dedicated to developing leading global HR strategies and implementing cutting-edge HR technologies. In a world of disruption, our solutions empower organizations to navigate challenges seamlessly, enhancing their HR capabilities and fostering a resilient workforce.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree2+ years of experience supporting Cornerstone (Learn, LXP, Skills, UIUX) implementations and optimizations2+ years of experience in the delivery and implementation of at least one Cornerstone module and/or other similar LMS/LXP platforms, with willingness to learn Cornerstone quicklyAbility to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Preferred:2+ years leading projects, including 2+ end-to-end deliveries; managed schedule/budget/risks with weekly status reporting and stakeholder governance2+ years Big 4 consulting experienceLed 1+ Cornerstone implementationsBuilt 2+ integrated implementation plans (workstreams, milestones, dependencies, RAID); managed 3+ workstreams and tracked progress to milestone adherenceCompleted 1+ Galaxy/Legacy Cornerstone product implementation from design through go-live (and 30-90 day stabilization); included integrations, data migration, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), cutover plan, and training/change delivery for 200+ usersThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,700 to $170,900.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
