At WITRON, the Local Control Center (LCC) is the brain of our entire warehouse operation, andwe'relooking for a sharp, analytical, and proactive Process Technicians to ensure our systems run smoothly and efficiently.\n\nAs a Control Room Specialist, you will:\n\nSupport andoptimizeour automated material handling system in real-time.\n\nWork with a variety of in-house and industry IT solutions to fine-tune performance and drive improvements.\n\nKeep a close eye on system operations and use root cause analysis to maximize uptime and productivity.\n\nAddress and correct workflow problems, mechanical issues, and computer system diagnostics.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by creating technical documentation and supporting escalation management.\n\nPerform systemmonitoringand support repairs and preventative maintenance.
