As a newly independent, Private Equity–backed organization, we are modernizing our infrastructure, implementing new systems (SAP, MES, cybersecurity), and building a strong operational foundation for continued growth.\nWe are seeking a Technical Manager, reporting to the Manufacturing Director, to serve as a member of the Beaumont Chemical Leadership Team and play a key role in defining and implementing the technical strategy for the Beaumont site. This role is responsible for managing the technical support staff and the process controls and modeling group. This position will provide leadership for the plant process safety management function.\n\nThe Technical Manager will work with the Chemical Research and Development (R&D) organization on new product development strategies and all phases including research, trials, and field execution. This role will provide technical support and expertise to ensure a smooth transition of new product scale-up for plant.\n\nThe Technical Manager will identify and provide technical leadership for development/implementation of new process technologies/automation - Supporting new and/or existing products and businesses.
