Daytona Beach, Florida: Commercial General Contractor looking for experienced full-time Field Superintendent. Project locations vary. We primarily service Orlando, Daytona and Jacksonville.
Job description
The ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site. They should be able to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers. Responsible for multiple projects being completed on time, within budget and to contract. Monitor field supervision by directives, inspections, meetings and reviews. Scheduling/coordinating with all trades to run projects smoothly, efficiently and on budget per the plans and specifications. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties and be able to establish a timeline for completion. Make recommendations to management regarding proposed and existing projects. Great communication with Project Executive is a must.

· Payment, Negotiation and Claim
· Additional Duties
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, MS Project. Salary to commensurate with experience. Benefits.
