In addition to system administration duties, this role also provides technical support to resolve helpdesk issues and ensure high levels of user satisfaction and productivity.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nAdminister, maintain, and monitor corporate systems including servers (Windows/Linux), Active Directory, Exchange/O365, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).\r\nPerform routine system maintenance, patch management, and backups.\r\nManage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory.\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 hardware, software, and network issues escalated from the helpdesk.\r\nSupport onboarding/offboarding processes including provisioning accounts, hardware, and software.\r\nMonitor system performance and implement performance tuning and resource optimization.\r\nAssist with IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.\r\nMaintain documentation for systems, procedures, and configurations.\r\nEnsure compliance with IT security policies and assist in audits as required.\r\nProvide support for remote users, VPN, and mobile device management (MDM).\r\nQualifications\r\nMust be able to be onsite in Windsor Mill, MD, 5 days a week\r\n3-5+ years of experience in system administration and helpdesk support.\r\nStrong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange/O365, DNS, DHCP, and group policy management.\r\nProficiency in troubleshooting Tier 2 IT issues across hardware, software, and networking.\r\nExperience with virtualization platforms and backup solutions.\r\nFamiliarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools.\r\nStrong communication skills and a user-focused mindset.\r\nRelevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus\r\nEEO Employer\r\nRELI Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity /\r\nAffirmative Action employer.
