Finance Manager

Bob Boyte Auto Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the financial operations of our auto group, ensuring accurate financial reporting and contributing to strategic financial planning.Responsibilities Manage daily financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights on business performance. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other departments to enhance financial performance and support business goals. Oversee accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and cash flow management. Lead financial audits and work closely with external auditors. Develop and implement financial strategies and policies.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of financial software and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
