The Plastics Engineer will design, develop, and optimize plastic components and assemblies, with a focus on extrusion and injection molding processes for MedTech and related applications. Daily responsibilities include selecting appropriate polymer materials, performing design-for-manufacturability reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in mechanical, quality, and manufacturing engineering. The role involves running experiments and trials, analyzing process data, and contributing to R&D efforts to improve product performance and production efficiency.
