Our comprehensive portfolio is built to address the challenges of today and adapt the future, ensuring long-term sustainability and success for our customers.\n\nAmeresco has an immediate opportunity for a skilled Assistant Project Manager to support construction projects involving upgrades, renovations, and retrofits for institutional, government, commercial and industrial customer sites based in Moorhead, Minnesota.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nAssist the Project Management Team with construction and implementation of energy efficiency, conservation, and renewable technology projects in retail, commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.\n\nProvide accurate and timely project status updates and communication to Project Managers.\n\nAttend and participate in weekly construction meetings at various project site locations.\n\nOrganize and maintain project related files, drawings, materials, and correspondence including RFI's, submittals, reports, etc.\n\nAssist with issuing bid packages to vendors and subcontractors for pricing and delivery schedules.\n\nPrepare spreadsheets, analyze proposals, and conduct project review meetings.\n\nCollaborate with internal functions to prepare and maintain all forms of reports, presentations, documentation, and related project material.\n\nEnsure compliance with company, industry, trade, and regulatory safety, standards, practices, and codes.\n\nCoordinate project installations with owners, vendors and subcontractors onsite while providing technical support.\n\nFoster positive and effective business relationships with all parties.\n\nAbility to travel as required. Could be up to 50% depending on project needs.\n\nPerform other duties as required.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree in construction management or related engineering discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.\n\nExposure to large scale construction projects involving upgrades, renovations, and retrofits involving institutional, government, commercial and industrial customer sites.\n\nAdditional Qualifications:\n\nProven ability to gather, validate, and analyst quantitative data and information.\n\nProficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel and Project.\n\nProficiency in Procore or other PM software.\n\nKnowledgably of Primavera P6 Enterprise\n\nExcellent verbal, written, computer, technical communication and presentation skills required.\n\nDemonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks.\n\nValid Driver's License issued by state of residence and in good standing is required.\n\nOSHA 30 certification at time of hire is preferred.\n\nCPR and Blood Born Pathogens Certification at time of hire is preferred.\n\nThe anticipated base salary range for this role is $58,000 - $85,000 (presented in good faith). In addition to base pay, employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, and may be eligible for performance incentives, bonuses, commissions, or equity, depending on the role.\n\nActual pay will depend on factors such as internal equity, skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. This range supports our commitment to pay transparency and compliance with applicable laws.
