This role serves as the primary interface between the technical team and Army C2E stakeholders, ensuring compliance with cloud service requirements and optimal service delivery.\n\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate C2E cloud support activities across AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure\nServe as liaison between technical teams and Army C2E program office\nManage team tasks, schedules, and deliverables\nTrack and report on cloud service metrics and SLA compliance\nCoordinate cloud provisioning requests and change management\nEnsure compliance with DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG)\nDevelop and maintain cloud support documentation and procedures\nFacilitate communication between cloud engineers and Government stakeholders\nSupport cloud migration and optimization initiatives\nPrepare status reports and briefings for Government leadership\nManage cloud support tickets and ensure timely resolution\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field\nMinimum 6 years of IT project management experience\nMinimum 2 years in cloud support leadership role\nCompTIA Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)\nITIL v4 Foundation certification\nUnderstanding of cloud computing concepts and services\nExperience with IT service management and ticketing systems\nActive Security Clearance Required\n\nDesired Qualifications\nAWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals certification\nPMP certification\nExperience with DoD cloud programs (milCloud, C2E)\nExperience with ServiceNow or Remedy ITSM\nUnderstanding of FedRAMP and DoD Cloud SRG requirements\n\nTechnical Skills\nCloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI)\nITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira)\nProject management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet)\nReporting and analytics\nITIL service management processes\n\nIPTA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
