We need an organized, empathic, collaborative and experienced Teammate Relations Advisor to support and conduct internal investigations across the organization.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nResponsible for conducting internal employee relations investigations related to allegations of workplace policy violations, workplace safety and patient/parent concerns.\nConducts prompt, thorough and fair investigation consisting of background research and investigative interviews. Supports the investigative process under the direction of the governing department (People Services team, Legal team, or Clinical Peer Review)\nGathers, organizes, and analyzes information to support written investigative reports.
