AT&T Sales Assistant

The AT&T Sales Assistant role focuses on working directly with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the best AT&T services and accessories. Each AT&T Sales Assistant is expected to create positive customer experiences, build strong relationships, and help drive team success in a fast-paced environment. This AT&T Sales Assistant position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and growing in a performance-driven role.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in person to understand their communication needs and recommend AT&T wireless, internet, and accessory solutions
Pursue and close sales of new lines, upgrades, add-ons, and bundled services
Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Maintain knowledge of AT&T offerings, promotions, and competitor services to answer customer questions effectively
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or client-facing roles preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-driven, organized, and able to handle rejection professionally
Comfortable in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
Reliable transportation is a plus
High school diploma required; some college coursework is a bonus
