Array partners with an extensive network of hospitals, health systems, community healthcare organizations, and payors to improve access and deliver the highest quality of care to patients.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nWe currently have an opportunity for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with an active Washington State license for a 100% telepsychiatry position. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) and will allow you to provide services remotely for patients accessing care from a community health center. Patient population is across the lifespan.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nProvide video-based behavioral health assessment with patients\nAssist with de-escalation and stabilization\nPhone or video capture any readily available collateral information from other sources\nAnalyze psychological/psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships to gain understanding of an individual’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors\nProvide written recommendation on next level of assessment or care\nMaintain documentation within partner site’s EMR\nMaintain a therapeutic and safe environment for all\nProvide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context\nMaintain all required certifications and licenses\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nPMHNP certification\nClinicians must have active state license\n2+ years of experience since obtaining license\nIntermediate to advanced experience with technology\nStrong communication skills\nEstablished and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred\nPOSITION LOGISTICS\n100% remote position\nRequired to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentiality\nYou will likely be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses. We will support that process and cover the costs and/or reimburse for out-of-pocket expenses.\nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS\nThe pay range for this role is $72 - $84 an hour. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using current market data.
