You will work across employee relations, performance management, hiring support, systems, reporting, and manager coaching. This is not a purely strategic role. It requires someone who can step in, solve problems, and make sure the work gets done.What You Will DoHR partnership and supportPartner with leaders on day to day HR needs, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational changesProvide practical HR guidance that supports both employees and business operationsTake ownership of HR work from start to finish and help drive executionProcess improvement and operationsIdentify inefficiencies and improve HR processes for simplicity, consistency, and scalabilityBuild and implement workflows that reduce manual work and improve accuracyUse HR systems such as ADP and ATS tools to automate recurring tasks and improve efficiencyTroubleshoot process and system issues and help improve the overall user experienceLook for ways to eliminate unnecessary work, not just improve existing stepsHR systems, data, and reportingSupport HR workflows across systems and help maintain accurate and consistent dataPartner with HR leadership and internal teams to improve reporting and visibilityUse data and insights to identify issues, support decisions, and improve outcomesTalent acquisition partnershipPartner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to improve hiring resultsSupport role intake, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisionsHelp build more consistent recruiting practices across the organizationIdentify ways to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experienceManager coaching and accountabilityTrain and coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and leadership practicesProvide real time guidance to improve consistency and decision makingHold managers accountable for completing core people management responsibilitiesStep in when needed to help ensure appropriate action is takenTeam and function developmentSupport the development of HR team members through guidance, structure, and coachingHelp build consistency across HR practices and processesContribute to a stronger and more scalable HR functionEmployee relations and risk managementManage employee relations matters with sound judgment and a practical business approachSupport consistent and compliant handling of investigations, performance issues, and terminationsPartner with leaders and HR leadership to reduce risk while keeping work moving forwardMay be modified from time to time.
