We're looking for an experienced professional to drive execution across strategic AI-focused initiatives while serving as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across global teams.This role offers a unique opportunity to support high-impact programs involving AI innovation, operational excellence, financial governance, and cross-functional coordination. You'll help build and scale new ways of working while driving visibility, structure, and accountability across complex initiatives.What You'll DoFinancial & Procurement OperationsManage end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) and Statement of Work (SOW) processes, including approvals, vendor onboarding, tracking, and reconciliation.Partner with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and processes.Monitor budgets, forecasts, accruals, invoices, and vendor spend across multiple initiatives.Prepare financial reports and provide budget insights to leadership.Program & Project ManagementDrive execution of AI-focused programs, including AI Accelerator, Copilot, and emerging agent initiatives.Maintain integrated project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action trackers.Identify risks early and ensure timely issue resolution and stakeholder alignment.Support project intake, prioritization, portfolio management, and governance activities.Create executive-ready dashboards and status reports.Stakeholder & Team CoordinationAct as a central coordination point across HQ teams, regional stakeholders, and external partners.Lead recurring business rhythms, including status meetings, working groups, and operational reviews.Maintain a single source of truth for plans, reporting, documentation, and key deliverables.Drive alignment across multiple workstreams and ensure accountability for commitments.Vendor ManagementCoordinate activities across consulting partners, technology vendors, communications agencies, and AI solution providers.Support vendor onboarding, SOW management, performance tracking, and delivery oversight.Ensure high-quality outputs and adherence to timelines.Reporting & Continuous ImprovementBuild and maintain project, financial, and resource dashboards.Deliver concise, data-driven updates for executive audiences.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement AI-enabled operational improvements.What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications✔ 8–10+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Business Operations, Strategic Operations, or related roles✔ Strong experience managing:Purchase Orders (POs)Statements of Work (SOWs)Vendor managementBudget tracking and forecastingFinancial reporting and compliance✔ Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across global teams✔ Advanced proficiency with:Microsoft ExcelPower BITeamsSharePointPlanner / ProjectReporting and dashboarding tools✔ Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills✔ Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and competing prioritiesPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting AI, Copilot, automation, or innovation programsExposure to digital transformation or emerging technology initiativesExperience implementing operational improvements, automation, or AI-enabled workflowsWhy Join Us?🚀 Work on high-visibility initiatives at the forefront of AI innovation🌎 Collaborate with global teams and senior leaders across multiple regions📈 Influence how AI-enabled processes and operating models are designed and scaled🤝 Gain broad exposure across finance, operations, governance, vendor management, and strategic execution💡 Help shape emerging programs from concept to implementation rather than supporting a traditional PMO functionSuccess in This RoleYou will be successful if you:Deliver high-quality project plans, reporting, and governance outputs on timeMaintain accurate financial oversight and procurement managementDrive execution and proactively manage risks and dependenciesBuild strong partnerships across stakeholders and vendorsOperate independently while managing multiple strategic priorities\If you're passionate about operational excellence, AI innovation, and driving meaningful business impact, we'd love to hear from you.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementTroy Consulting is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
