Appropriately escalates decisions and roadblocks and ensures project deliverables are completed, and effectiveness criteria are met.\nCoordinates project activities for internal personnel resources and third parties/vendors.\nServe as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, clients, and project team members, coordinating communication, managing expectations, resolving issues, and aligning resources to ensure successful project execution and delivery of business objectives.\nCloses projects, preparing project summaries and archives project documentation.\nConducts project lessons learned and project effectiveness evaluations.\nDevelops and maintains comprehensive project documentation that is complete, accurate, and in compliance with CTS SOPs and all applicable regulatory and quality requirements.\nMaintains systems in area and evolves as part of continuous improvement to cultivate change and innovation.\nAdministers the organization’s project management and change control software applications.\nConfigures and updates project management and change control software applications as per business needs.\nDevelops processes, procedures, training, and support for project and change management software solutions and processes for the department and other users in the organization. This includes maintaining the structure of the system, training new users, and developing new templates, workflows, dashboards, and reports.\nMonitors the application's performance and troubleshoots any issues encountered.\nCollaborates with the IT team and works with software vendors for resolving any technical issues.\nImplements the latest patches and upgrades to ensure the application is up to date.\nCreates and maintains comprehensive documentation related to the software application.\nProvides training and support to end users, ensuring they can effectively use the software.\nRegularly reviews application logs and reports to identify any potential issues.\nMaintains a backup and recovery strategy for application data.\nParticipates in national, regional and/or local professional organizations. This includes attending relevant workshops, conferences, and training programs.\nMaintains up-to-date knowledge of changes and developments in the industry. Establishes and maintains a network of professional relationships both inside and outside the corporation. Stays informed about the latest project management best practices, software, and technologies.\nMaintains a thorough understanding of subject matter in area of responsibility and functions as a resource.\nUses industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.\nChampions OE culture within areas of responsibility and actively encourages team member involvement.\nAssures quality customer service to all customers.\nPerforms all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations. Brings compliance issues to the attention of management.\nMaintains good attendance and punctuality per the absence policy.\nPerforms all other duties, at the discretion of management, as assigned.\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree required.\nExperience: A minimum of three (3) years of project management experience To Include: project management experience with information technology infrastructure, regulated laboratory operations, and/or software applications implementation required.\nPMP certification or equivalent within one year required.\nDemonstrated knowledge of project management principles and methodologies required.\nDemonstrated knowledge of advanced methods of research, program analysis and report preparation required.\nDemonstrated knowledge of general business and management practices, business system support techniques and controls required.\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\nKnowledge of system development lifecycle models and familiarity with enterprise-wide business software applications preferred.\nExperience in software development, advisory or professional services preferred.\nAgile Project Management certification(s) preferred.\nITIL Foundation certification or demonstrated IT service management experience.\n\nSKILLS AND ABILITIES\n\nMust possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.\nMust be able to maintain confidentiality.\nMust have analytical, statistical, personal organization, and complex problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work in a team environment, participate as an active member of management, and influence without direct authority.\nMust have proficient computer skills.\nAbility to think strategically and independently.\nAbility to work effectively with all levels of staff and management to provide consistent high levels of customer service, demonstrating initiative, judgement, and collaboration.
