With ten strategically located sites across the United States, Valence provides a start to finish solution from NDT and chemical processing, to paint and sub-assembly.\nPosition Summary:\nResponsible for ensuring that the production process is run in a smooth and rapid manner.\nResponsibilities\nProcess parts in chemical tanks according to specifications, work order and other requirements.\nCalculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts.\nRemoves parts from tank after specified time, rinses parts and immerse them in bath before finishing processing.\nCompletes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines.\nOversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput.\nEvaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line.\nEnsure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nPrevious experience a plus, preferably in the aerospace industry.\nStrong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nAbility to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.\nExport Compliance Requirement\nThis position requires access to EAR or ITAR controlled technologies.
