In this highly collaborative, client-facing role, you will guide new clients through implementation, drive product adoption, deliver training, and build long-term relationships that support client success, retention, and growth.\nThis role is ideal for someone who combines strong relationship-building skills with a passion for education, training, and helping organizations achieve measurable results.\nWhat You'll Do\nClient Onboarding & Implementation\nLead onboarding and implementation for new and expanding clients.\nGuide clients through product setup, rollout, and adoption strategies.\nProvide onboarding resources aligned to program goals, funding requirements, and instructional models.\nSupport clients in achieving successful early adoption and long-term engagement.\nClient Success & Adoption\nMonitor product usage, engagement, and implementation progress.\nProactively connect with clients to maximize utilization and instructional impact.\nIdentify adoption challenges and provide targeted recommendations and support.\nRelationship Management\nBuild trusted relationships with educators, administrators, and program leaders.\nServe as a client advocate by communicating feedback and trends across internal teams.\nFacilitate ongoing conversations that strengthen client satisfaction and long-term success.\nTraining & Professional Development\nDeliver engaging virtual and in-person product training sessions.\nSupport clients using a variety of instructional and technology-enhanced learning models.\nShare industry best practices that improve implementation effectiveness and learner outcomes.\nGrowth & Expansion Support\nIdentify opportunities for account expansion, cross-sell, referrals, and success stories.\nCollaborate with Sales and Partnership teams by providing client insights and warm introductions.\nDocument client interactions, opportunities, and outcomes within the company CRM.\nOngoing Support\nRespond to client questions and provide basic product support.\nCoordinate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.\nManage multiple client relationships while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.\nWhat You'll Bring\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in adult education, workforce development, customer success, training, or a related field.\nExperience working with educators, administrators, or publicly funded programs.\nStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\nExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.\nComfort delivering presentations and training via virtual meeting platforms.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree.\nExperience with CRM systems and client engagement platforms.\nFamiliarity with adult education, workforce development, corrections education, or educational technology solutions.\nWhat We Offer\n401(k)\nDental insurance\nHealth insurance\nLife insurance\nPaid time off\nVision insurance\nJob Type: Full Time\nWork Location: Remote\nTravel: During peak conference season, travel can be up to 60%.
