{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"f1346f91968852a5492c39e6","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/f1346f91968852a5492c39e6","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/f1346f91968852a5492c39e6","title":"Lead Application Developer","description":"Lead Application Developer is responsible for developing and implementing application changes and is expected to stay abreast of the available technology regarding application development, information delivery, and relational database technology, as well as lead assigned team of developers.\nPRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:\nMaintains in-depth knowledge of the department’s strategic business plans.\nDevelops in-depth knowledge of company’s existing IT architecture, infrastructure, and technology portfolio.\nProvides technical leadership and mentors team members on assigned projects.\nConducts research on emerging technologies in support of infrastructure development efforts and recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness and infrastructure flexibility.\nDesigns, develops, and implements end-to-end integrated systems.\nCollaborates across teams to evaluate business needs and provide technology solutions.\nDevelops and executes test plans to check infrastructure and systems technical performance.\nReports on findings and make recommendations for improvement.\nConducts code reviews and uphold Cass standards in coding.\nSKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:\nAdvanced understanding of information processing principles and practices.\nAdvanced technical knowledge of network, PC, and platform operating systems, including current MS Windows Server and Desktop releases.\nStrong experience in a variety of programming languages, including C# and ASP.\nKnowledge of current web best practices and JavaScript, HTML, and CSS experience.\nKnowledge of the web application framework Angular 1.x and Angular 7 preferred including TypeScript.\nExperience using TFS or DevOps with GIT integrated for source control.\nKnowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.\nAdvanced analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.\nAbility to present ideas in user-friendly language.\nEffectively able to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment.\nAbility to thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative setting.\nExperience with agile methodologies and the full software development life cycle.\nMINIMUM LEVEL OF PREPARATION AND TRAINING NORMALLY REQUIRED:\nA bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or computer engineering or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of experience working as a developer.\n5+ years of experience with business requirements gathering and analysis.\nProven experience in internet-based systems development.\n3+ years of hands on experience with application development tools, including Visual Studio.\n3+ years of hands-on experience with relational database technology, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.\n3+ years of web development experience, preferably using the Microsoft Stack or Angular.\nAPPLICATION PROCESS:\nYou can directly apply through Cass's website at https://www.cassinfo.com/careers (https://www.cassinfo.com/careers).
