Control System Integrator

Job DescriptionRole DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Control Systems Integrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, and commissioning control systems for a variety of industrial applications. This role requires a thorough understanding of control system architecture, PLC/DCS programming, HMI/SCADA development, and system integration.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement control system solutions for various industrial processes. Program and configure PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA systems. Perform system integration, testing, and commissioning of control systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems and automation equipment. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, wiring diagrams, and user manuals. Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in control system technologies. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in control systems integration or a similar role. Proficiency in programming PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) and DCSs. Proficiency with HMI/SCADA software (Wonderware, Ignition, FTView, etc.). Strong understanding of industrial networking and communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, etc.). Excellent problem-solving skillsA high level of attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
