Teams","description":"Job Description\n\nProgram ManagerThe Program Manager is responsible for leading a specific customer program or project type and managing the production resources required to deliver a quality program safely, on time, and within budget.This role plans, organizes, schedules, and manages production manpower across the program to ensure each project has the right skills assigned at the right time to meet operational and budget goals.LAUNCH offers a competitive salary and benefits package, along with a high-energy, professional, and flexible work culture that provides opportunities to showcase your talents while growing with the organization.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesI will minimize work stoppages on my ProgramI will ensure the timely completion of work documents for my programI will ensure that all known impact items are processed immediatelyI will Mentor, develop my supervisor’s organizational skillsI will support variable staffing requirementsI will ensure skill cross – utilization as required on my ProgramI will ensure that aircraft visit plans/milestones are created and followedI will ensure that the aircraft Status boards/Milestone boards are maintained dailyI will ensure the 24/48/72-hour plans are created and followedI will provide daily aircraft status to the customer and FAS managementI will ensure the team’s vacation liability, sick time and the FAR requirements are tracked for my programI will ensure plans are in place for weekends Manpower/Milestones to accomplishFinancialI will ensure the budgets on my program are monitored daily and if off track I will assist the Supervisors to ensure Production Efficiency is metI will monitor and report forecasted budget hours by project assignedI will ensure Empower MX is utilized correctly and effectively on my program as requiredI will ensure that estimate updates and settlement processes are maintained in a timely and cost-effective manner by getting approval for T&M work in advance of assigning task cardsI will ensure all team members assigned will be productive and efficient with their timeI will minimize and manage OT by planning it on my programI will be responsible for invoicing labor, materials and outside services correctlyI will manage Return to Stock (Leftovers) for my ProgramI will lead the continuous improvement process through those assigned to meQualityI will ensure all work is in compliance with work documents and FAA RegulationsI will ensure all follow the customer CAMP and our 145 Policies and ProceduresI will set and monitor high standards for my team regarding quality and complianceI will ensure that all employees assigned are properly trainedI will ensure the work area is maintained in a clean, productive and efficient mannerI will mentor my Project Managers and leadership team on the importance of Quality and ComplianceI will communicate any potential quality problems and issues with the DOM and executive leadershipSafetyI will ensure that all employees always follow safety rulesI will ensure all employees always follow Process and ProceduresIf I cannot correct an unsafe condition or behavior, I will notify the DOM or GMI will ensure fall protection is used properly when requiredI will ensure spotters are utilized as required around aircraftI will ensure accidents, aircraft damage and injuries are reported, and reports are complete, accurate and turned immediatelyI will ensure the work area (Hangar/aircraft) is monitored for cleanliness and safe working conditionsI will communicate to the DOM and Executive leadership if an emergency occursMeasurementsProgram Performance (Scorecard)TATQualitySafetyProduction EfficiencyReturn to Stock %Support of continuous improvementMentoringUse of tools for projectsMilestone boards -
