We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Internal Project Management team.\n\nIn this role, you will collaborate closely with our teams in production, sales, design teams, and as well fellow Project Managers, to ensure seamless project execution and exceed our clients' expectations. You will provide technical advice, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project execution by conferring with the project management team.\n\nThe Royal Group’s mission is to provide value-added solutions to the most demanding customers.\n\nESSENTIALJOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION:\n\nCollaborates with sales and cross-functional teams to define and develop comprehensive projects scope ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.\nEstablishes detailed project costs and budget allocations, ensuring they align with the project scope and meet customer requirements.\nMonitors project activities continuously to ensure progression and adherence to budget parameters.\nCommunicates, coordinates, and implement project changes as necessary to ensure smooth transitions and continued alignment with project goals.\nServes as liaison between project team members and functional area management facilitating clear communication and effective collaboration.\nProvides technical advice, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project execution by conferring with project managers members.\nStay current in Project Management technology for successful project development and management.\nInform management of unusual project problems and maintain effective internal and external relationships.\nManages all suppliers, subcontractors, and their personnel as appropriate.\nReview status reports prepared by various teams and modified schedules or plans as required.\nPress approvals internally and externally.\nWork closely with Design/Sales to best develop cost efficient displays.\nRegular and predictable attendance.\nOther duties as assigned per business demands.\nREQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:\n\n3 to 5 years previous experience in project management.\nHigh School / GED Diploma.\nPREFERR EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE\n\nA college degree from an accredited college or university preferred but not required.\n3 to 5 years’ experience in project management in the corrugated industry.\nProject Management Certificate preferred but not required.\nREQUIRED SKILLS (TECHNICAL, CLERICAL, LANGUAGE, ETC.)\n\nVarious project software packages.\nAmtech, Foresight, Savant & Acumatica knowledge.\nStrong English verbal and written skills.\n3+ years of corrugated industry experience.\nMicrosoft Environment (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)\nESKO ARTIOS CAD reading and understanding.\nKnowledge of cutting dies, print plate, lithography, special coatings, and Adobe CC\nAS AN INDUSTRY LEADER, THE ROYAL GROUP OFFERS:\n\nYear-round employment for job stability.\nUnlimited opportunities for growth, training, and career advancement.\nExceptional pay and great, affordable benefits (including life, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match and more!).\nA clean facility, featuring state-of-the-art technology.\nA respectful, empowering, team-oriented and employee-friendly environment.\nThe Royal Group truly values our employees as our greatest asset, and we strive to support both you and your family at work and in life.\nOur organization is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
