This is an onsite role working scheduled day or evening shifts at the facility.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamDirectly oversee a team of 58 pickers and loadersDrive queue maximization by stacking boxes to maximize container and trailer utilizationEnsure loads are properly secured with straps to prevent product shift during transitMake safety a daily priority and reinforce safe loading and handling practicesCoordinate daily outbound workload and assign associates to tasks and teamsMonitor productivity and quality metrics and redirect labor as neededTrain and coach associates on process, equipment, and safety standardsPartner with area managers on attendance, behavior, and performance concernsHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RolePrior warehouse lead or working-supervisor experience in a metric-driven operationExperience leading a picking and loading team of comparable size (58 associates)Working knowledge of load building, cube optimization, and load securementStrong WMS proficiency and comfort with productivity reportingBasic Excel skills: data entry, filtering, and sortingComfortable holding peers accountable and escalating appropriatelyReliable transportation and consistent attendanceMust pass a written equipment assessment before starting and a hands-on certification with the site trainer on your first day onsiteSite requirements: orange reflective safety vest for facility entry, enclosed-toe shoes, and badge or key fob access at all timesHere's What Else Might Help You OutBilingual English/Spanish (strongly preferred)Pay Range$23.00 - $23.50/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
