APG, MD\nTop Secret/SCI Clearance\n**This position is contingent upon contract award**\n\nJob Description:\nResponsibilities\nThe PM will serve as the overall on-site manager for this contract and shall serve as the authorized point of contact with the Contracting Officer and COR. The PM's full time duty location will be onsite at APG.\nMust have experience in the following:\nPlanning, coordinating, and directing the activities of administrative, program control, and technical personnel involved in providing services in fulfillment of the contract.\nComplete life-cycle of the software in military systems.\nDepartment of Defense (DOD)/Army plans, policies, standards, and methods aimed at the acquisition and support of software and computer resources for Army systems.\nManaging and controlling schedules and cost to provide on time, within budget, performance of all aspects of the contractual effort.\nProviding direction for operations and ensuring compliance with all management policies, plans, and procedures.\nProviding recommendations for resolution of technical problems.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree, Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or other Engineering discipline.\nNine (9) years experience within the last 15 years.\nArmy Acquisition Corps Level 2 certification in logistics, program management or information technology is highly desired OR recognized industry equivalent professional certification\n\nAbout Semper Valens Solutions:\nSemper Valens Solutions, Inc.
