Geriatric Physician Opportunity Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Geriatric Physician to join our Eastern Region team, providing diverse Geriatric Care in our ElderONE (PACE) program, and Skilled Nursing Facilities (Clifton Springs Nursing Home & DeMay Living Center). This role also offers exciting teaching opportunities with fellows and medical students. Position Highlights Comprehensive Care: Deliver patient-centered care for older adults, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and complex medical needs. Teaching: Mentor Geriatric Fellows and medical students, contributing to their clinical development.
