The Process Engineer will be responsible for delivering regular recommendations on how to maintain staff levels, improve productivity and lower costs, while meeting all of the quality standards set forth by the company and government regulations. The successful candidate will work side-by-side with the management staff to discover inefficiencies in the processes and then determine the best ways to bring our methods in line with our targets.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS\nDevelop, document and implement Standard Work Instructions to ensure product quality and process timeliness.\nEnsure processes comply with safety, quality and productivity requirements\nAnalyze workflows within and across all departments to determine improvement opportunities\nAnalyze budgets and schedules to determine savings opportunities\nAssist or drive improvement opportunities\nPerform process studies i.e. time studies, spaghetti diagrams etc.\nModify standard work instructions to reflect process improvements\nPerform process simulations and troubleshooting issues\nReport as required on Safety, Quality and Productivity to Management (KPIs)\nPlease note: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nCORE COMPETENCIES\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nWorking understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.\nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.\nAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.\niBUILT has a mission to re-think construction by introducing new building technologies, materials, construction processes and design.
