The qualified candidate will support large-system implementation efforts in the Child Support public-sector domain and may be assigned to either a quality assurance engagement or a project management engagement depending on project needs. This role requires the ability to work independently, contribute technical analysis across the system development lifecycle, develop and review high-value technical and project deliverables, identify and address risks and issues proactively, and provide informed recommendations that support client decision‑making and project success. The individual will report directly to a Director.
