A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to join their legal team in Jersey City, NJ. Key Responsibilities Develop compelling case strategies and independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials Challenge mediocrity and push for excellence in all aspects of work while collaborating with attorneys and staff Build and nurture client relationships and mentor junior attorneys Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school Active bar license in the state of New Jersey 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial Prior insurance defense experience preferred
