Strong attention to detail. Basic math skills.\n\n*Job Description*: Must follow all safety policies & procedures and be mindful of manufacturing environment. Repetitive machine or process operation following prescribed routine. Must be able to follow direction & perform adjustments to processes or machinery. Records & reports production numbers (if tasked to do so). Operation of equipment to include, but not limited to the following manufacturing equipment: Manual Bag Lifting / Stacking, Pallet Jack / Handcart Operation, Packing Operations, Housekeeping / Cleaning, etc. Must be able to repeatedly lift 50 lb. Plant is hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Loud in some places where hearing protection is required. Dusty in certain areas (feed mill).\n\n*Knowledge*: Knowledge and compliance of all safety guidelines.
