Supports all safety objectives of the facility working in conjunction with management.\n2. Assist training new personnel.\n3. Ensures that appropriate shift communication logs are completed.\n4. Reports to Lead and document all equipment issues.\n5. Maintain accurate production counts on reports.\n6. Maintain good housekeeping practices at all times.\n7. Maintain scrap levels to a minimum.\n8. Assists with start-ups and shutdowns.\n9. Must be able to safely use the forklift.\n10. Must perform daily checks on forklifts.\n11. Maintain material flow to the machines as required.\n12. Transport material from the material staging area to dumpers.\n13. Move finished goods from production floor to warehouse.\n14. Proper labeling on finished product.\n15. Cleans and maintains loading equipment and scales.\n16. Must assist in inventory counts.\n17. Maintain a clean and neat work area with safety in mind.\n18. Perform other duties as requested by Lead or Management.\n19. Wear and utilize proper PPE.\nSECTION III – PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nA. LEVEL OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY\nClimbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting,\ngrasping, feeling, talking and hearing.\nB. LEVEL OF PHYSICAL EXERTION:\nMust be able to lift at least 55 pounds.\nC. LEVEL OF VISUAL ACUITY:\nDepth perception, field of vision, and visual inspection.\nD. LEVEL OF PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:\nSubject to manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments with temperature swings, noise\nhazards, moving mechanical parts, and fork lift traffic.\nSECTION IV – QUALIFICATIONS:\n1. Must speak, read and write English.\n2. Basic math skills, able to use calculator.\n3. Operate scales.\n4. Able to work with minimum supervision.\n5. Prepare written reports/production reports.\n6. Good interpersonal skills within a team environment.\n7.
