The successful candidates should have to experience in federal financial applications and process developing with Oracle SOA Suite, SOA, SOAP, R12 APIs, RICEW, TOAD, PL/SQL.\n\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for technical specifications, design, and development of Oracle RICEW components for the solution\nProvide input, design and development for conversion of legacy data into Oracle R12\nDesign and develop Oracle R12 RICEW components for R12 implementation.\nDesign and develop web services (using SOA) to integrate Oracle R12 with internal and external systems such as PRISM and other internal and external systems\nResponsible for technical specifications, design, and development of required software components for the client solution\nPerform development using Structured Query Language (SQL), Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL), Oracle R12 APIs, PRISM APIs, SOAP, XML to integrate systems\nSupport the technical design of interfaces between internal / external systems and Oracle E-Business Suite applications\nExecute Unit testing and/or System Integration Testing (SIT) testing of development work and document results per approved test templates and procedures\nAssist in development of test scripts and training materials\nCreate documentation (technical documents, data mapping, TE040, etc.) for data conversions and application extensions\nProvide triage support for data migration defects\nAssist in preparing work tasks, task duration estimates, and schedules\nProvide problem analysis/diagnosis/resolution, implementation, and post-implementation support.\nRequirements:\n7 years development experience within the Oracle R12 applications, building interfaces using web services, data conversions and application extensions\nExperience developing with Oracle SOA Suite, BPEL, R12 API, TOAD, PL/SQL, SQL, Web Services, XML, Middleware, load scripts, UNIX scripts, Personalization, Interfaces, Workflow, XML/BI Publisher, SQL Developer, ADF, shell scripting, reports, forms, OAF\nDemonstrated experience with the Oracle technology stack including:\nPL/SQL development\nOracle SOA Enterprise -Intermediate level\nSimple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) - Advanced level\nOracle JDeveloper\nRICEW\nOracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA) - Beginner\nOracle BPEL intermediate to advanced level is required\nMust understand Oracle Applications table structure and Restful APIs -Intermediate\nExperience with configuration management tools and processes\nExperience documenting design, code, testing\nExperience unit testing, integration testing, and conducting code reviews\nOracle Federal Financials project experience.\nExperience with shared service provider is a plus\nExperience with project implementation life cycle\nExperience developing within service-oriented architectures (SOA) using web services is a plus.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience\nDemonstrated prior experience managing, supporting implementation of Oracle Federal Financials on a federal project.\nMust have 7 years of knowledge of Oracle Federal Financials Applications ERP PL/SQL Development\nDemonstrated experience in Oracle R12 and SOA/Web Services development\nFamiliarity with Federal application architecture policies and guidelines a plus\nWorkdays: Monday-Friday\nMust be a US Citizen or have a Permanent Resident Card.\nDemonstrated excellent customer service skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel\nStrong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.\nMust be able to clear a federal background investigation -
