bonus opportunities, full benefits package, and 401k.\nJob Responsibilities:\nUnderstand and follow all safety procedures/policies\nRead and verify line orders/dockets (BOMs)\nUnderstand job requirements by the specifications listed on the product BOMs\nPerform quality checks of material being produced every 30 minutes and complete related documentation\nPrepare packaging materials for upcoming jobs\nComplete daily production paperwork\nAssist with product change over\nMaintain a clean and safe work area\nFollow the chain of command to communicate all concerns (safety, quality, production and HR issues) immediately and effectively.\nParticipate in department activities to continually improve safety, product quality, cost, and delivery.\nSubmit ideas for continuous improvement for safety, product quality, work area improvements, cost, and delivery.\nOther duties as assigned\n\nJob Requirements:\nPunctuality and dependability\nWork overtime as required\nSatisfactorily complete training courses as determined by management\nAbility to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation\n\nEducation and Experience
