The position will also drive technical strategy, documentation, and continuous improvement across the team.\nPower Apps & Dataverse\nDesign and support Power Apps using Dataverse as the primary data platform.\nBuild and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles.\nOptimize Dataverse performance, storage, and data flows.\nIntegrate Dataverse with SQL systems, Access databases, API sources, and Power Automate.\nDevelop Power Automate flows for synchronization, validation, and database automation.\nProvide guidance for Power Platform development across teams.\nCopilot & AI Driven Development\nUse Copilot to accelerate development, generate scripts, improve queries, and draft documentation.\nValidate AI generated output for compliance, accuracy, and security.\nRecommend AI opportunities that reduce manual work, improve data quality, and streamline processes.\nApplication Development & Automation\nUse VBA to automate business processes and build dynamic forms and reports.\nDevelop Access based applications and custom .NET/C# solutions.\nImplement API integrations to extend system capabilities.\nTechnical Strategy & Documentation\nIdentify risks, security concerns, and lifecycle issues; recommend mitigation strategies.\nDeliver high quality technical tasks on time.\nMaintain technical documentation and project materials.\nApply creative problem solving to design robust, maintainable solutions.\nTrack industry trends and provide modernization recommendations.\nAutoHotkey Automation\nBuild and maintain AHK scripts to streamline repetitive workflows and interactions with systems.\nStandardize and harden scripts with error handling, validations, configurable hotkeys, and logging.\nDocument AHK deployments and produce guides, clips, and change notes for safe adoption.\nIntegrate AHK with Power Platform where appropriate.\nMonitor script performance, address issues, version updates, and replicate successful automations across sites.\n\nRequired qualifications to be successful in this role:\n\nBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent experience.\n1 4 years of professional experience in software development; applications and/or integrations.\nExperience supporting or administering solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.\nProficiency in at least one of the following: Python, Java, C#/.NET, or JavaScript/TypeScript.\nExperience with database technologies such as MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB.\nFamiliarity with AI assisted development tools, particularly Microsoft Copilot.\nStrong interpersonal skills; role is team based and client facing.\nStrong debugging/problem solving skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (InfoPath, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).\nCGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
