The BCBA conducts assessments, develops behavior plans, trains Behavior Technicians, oversees the quality of services being rendered, and ensures all documentation is accurate and submitted timely.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nThe Board Certified Behavior Analyst oversees the clinical aspects of their clients' care.
