As a member of the agile product team, you'll be expected to evaluate the current tooling and integrations, work with the product manager and the rest of the team to define the customer problem, and come up with and implement a solution. Knowledge on how to work in a collaborative environment with multiple levels of technical ability is a must. As a part of this team, you will be involved in pair programming daily as well as following best practices such as test-driven development. This team is fully responsible for defining the product, designing the product, building the product, and maintaining the product.How much time will the resource spend pair programming? The majority of the time will be spent pair programmingSkills OverviewWhat are the top five skills and number of years of experience required to perform this job? Java, Junit, Spring Framework, Experience with designing and building APIs, BS/MS in computer science or engineering (or equivalent professional experience), Experience with large-scale distributed systems and web oriented architectures, Understanding of agile and product practicesWhat are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?
