This role will manage the reception area in our Cary, NC office as well as facilitating executive communication. Success in this role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, anticipation of needs, and the ability to operate with confidence in high‑visibility situations.What You’ll Do: To excel in this role, an individual must satisfactorily perform the duties below; additional duties may be assigned. Your contribution in this capacity is essential to our shared success.Key Responsibilities:Manage Reception area of Cary, NC office Coordinate Calendars for CEO and SVP of Sales and MarketingPrepare presentations, agendas, and talking points.Prepare meeting minutes Coordinate travel, lodging and mealsOrganize and support client visits for North Carolina Organize and support special events and support quarterly workshopsAdherence to the Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance ProgramPerform other duties as assigned.Communication ManagementManage executive communications, including emails, calls, and requestsDraft, edit, and format executive communications and leadership correspondenceCommunicate with senior leaders, employees, and clients with professionalism and discretionStrategic & Operational SupportAssist with planning and execution of company‑wide initiatives, events, and communicationsMaintain highly organized records, files, and documentation related to executivesContinuously improving administrative processes to enhance executive efficiencyConfidentiality & JudgmentHandle sensitive, confidential, and time‑critical information with the highest level of integrityExercise sound judgment, discretion, and business acumen in all interactionsWhat You’ll Bring:Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience3 to 5 years' experience as a receptionist or personal assistant Demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership teams or boardsProficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and problem‑solving skillsStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in a complex, fast‑paced, professional environmentPrevious exposure to board of directors, client relations, and executive communicationsAbility to operate with minimal direction and supervisionBackground supporting professionalism.References to support qualifications (personal and professional)Key CompetenciesExecutive presence and professionalismStrategic thinking and anticipation of needsHigh attention to detail with ability to see the big pictureFlexibility and composure under pressureStrong relationship‑building and collaboration skillsWorking ConditionsFull‑time position in office in Cary NCRequires flexibility to support executive and board schedules, including occasionally early mornings or eveningsWhat We Offer:A chance to simplify revenue cycle management, together at a high-growth company!
