This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on problem-solving, structural design, and cross-functional collaboration.The Structural Engineer will support design development, perform detailed technical calculations, and ensure projects meet all safety, regulatory, and performance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform structural calculations and detailed analysis for steel-framed projectsAssist with design modeling and preparation of drawings using CAD, Revit, RISA 3D, and BluebeamCollaborate closely with design, engineering, and project management teamsEnsure designs comply with applicable building codes, safety standards, and project specificationsProvide technical input to support value engineering and project optimization initiativesParticipate in problem-solving discussions and continuous improvement efforts QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural EngineeringActive Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification requiredProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferredStrong foundation in structural analysis and engineering calculationsProficiency with structural design and analysis software (CAD, Revit, RISA 3D, Bluebeam)Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailEffective communication skills and ability to work collaborativelyAbility to work full-time on-site in Fargo, ND
