This position will support process engineering activities across new product introduction, equipment implementation, process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in a high-technology electronics manufacturing environment.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDrive PCBA process development and optimization to improve quality, cost, delivery, and manufacturing efficiency.\nEvaluate product designs and manufacturing processes using DFX methodologies.\nEstablish and sustain robust, repeatable process parameters for production.\nLead troubleshooting efforts and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.\nChampion yield, productivity, throughput, cycle-time, and safety improvement initiatives.\nSupport capital equipment selection, qualification, implementation, and new technology introduction.\nDevelop and maintain process documentation, manufacturing standards, and statistical process controls.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to support new product introduction, technology transfers, and operator training...\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\n8+ years of process engineering experience within high-technology electronics manufacturing.\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering.\nDeep expertise in PCBA manufacturing processes, including SMT, stencil printing, SPI, pick-and-place, reflow soldering, wave/selective soldering, coating, underfill, and depanelization.\nStrong experience developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes with a focus on yield, quality, throughput, and cycle time improvements\nProven ability to troubleshoot complex process issues using statistical methods and root cause analysis tools.\nExperience supporting NPI, technology transfers, equipment qualification, and process validation in a high-volume manufacturing environment.\nHands-on knowledge of process control, DOE, SPC, PFMEA, and continuous improvement methodologies to drive manufacturing excellence.\nStrong understanding of PCBA inspection and test methodologies, including AOI, X-ray, functional testing, component testing, and measurement systems.\nDemonstrated technical leadership with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, lead process improvement initiatives, and support strategic manufacturing objectives.\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
