issues.\r\nSupport multiple databases for Production, Development, Test, and Staging purposes.\r\nApply upgrade patches and maintenance (opatch) patches on all Exadata databases.\r\nExport and import at database level, schema level, and object level using Datapump and traditional Exp & Imp utilities.\r\nInstall Oracle 11g/10g RAC and Standby Database for High Availability and Disaster Recovery purposes.\r\nInstall and upgrade APEX.\r\nInstall and upgrade ORDS and deploy ORDS in WebLogic for configuring APEX.\r\nConfigure and administer Oracle Connection Manager (CMAN), a proxy server that forwards connection requests to databases or other proxy servers.\r\nResponsible for provisioning services in OCI using Ansible.\r\nClone databases and perform restorations from Production to Test & QA environments using RMAN and PDB to PDB refresh using various methods.\r\nProvide performance tuning of Oracle Databases on Exadata.\r\nPerform RMAN point-in-time recovery and instance recovery.\r\nWork on the migration of Oracle databases to Oracle databases.\r\nApply patches quarterly for Standalone and DataGuard databases.\r\nUpgrade and migrate databases from 10g to 11g and 11g to 12c, apply patches as required.\r\nMonitor and optimize the performance of the database.\r\nPerform capacity planning by allocating system storage and planning future storage requirements.\r\nInstall and configure OEM monitoring tools.\r\nCreate OEM alerts to provide notifications.\r\nSet and manage user management, space management, and grant required privileges to users.\r\nTravel and relocation possible to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.\r\nRequirements\r\nBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology followed by five (5) years of progressive experience in the job offered or five (5) years of progressive experience in the related occupations of Service Delivery Specialist, Senior Operations Professional, Database Engineer, Software Developer or equivalent utilizing Ansible, Golden Gate, RMAN, OEM and APEX.\r\nTravel and relocation possible to
