Are you ready to take on this new challenge?\nAS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)\nEnsure all work is managed in accordance with procedures and work instructions.\nHelp clarify and set requirements for the design firm’s field support.\nWork with the Project Manager to develop a Construction Execution Plan.\nWork with Construction Firm to define field support requirements.\nSet up a job site for pre-construction activities.\nExplore the underground drawings and photo file for interferences.\nParticipate in design reviews with a focus on constructability and maintainability.\nReview and influence overall construction design.\nReview invoices (T&M) for accuracy.\nParticipate in pre-bid meetings and bid openings.\nRequest for information change bulletins and field change orders.\nIssue clients permit.\nMaintain the underground and job progress photo file.\nPrimary client contact for all contractors.\nPrimary client contact for Site and Plant Security.\nPrimary client contact for Maintenance Shops and work order requests.\nPrimary client contact for Owner/User.\nPrimary client contact for Environmental.\nRecord daily construction activities.\nAttend construction meetings.\nExpedite Owner-furnished material and equipment.\nReview specifications before release.\nOversee maintenance of construction drawings and specifications.\nManage project punch list.\nReview installed material and equipment.\nParticipate in project closeout.\nParticipate in verification activities.\nWHO WE ARE:\nWe are a Service Provider company different from the rest.
