{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"f0d614a5629bf600b46a3fc5","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/f0d614a5629bf600b46a3fc5","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/f0d614a5629bf600b46a3fc5","title":"Pavement Marking/Striper","description":"JOB DESCRIPTION: PAVEMENT MARKING/STRIPER Non-Exempt\n\nJOB SUMMARY: Safely and efficiently operates equipment to control the operations of Pavement Marking equipment to mark out various traffic lanes, parking stalls, ADA spots, fire lanes, etc.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (will include but not limited to):\n\nFollows direction from Libs Paving Management team as well as Superintendent and Striping Foreman\nSafely and effectively operate striping equipment, using rideon and auto layout machines.\nEnsures site safety by installing barricades and signage, as necessary.\nLoad striping truck(s) each morning with sufficient stencils and paints for the daily jobs.\nDaily reads maps, images, and blueprints.\nLoad and unload striping machines at each job, keeping machines filled with paint.\nManeuver stencils as needed.\nOrganize each job efficiently.\nClear understanding and ability to read a tape measure.\nMaintain an open line of communication with Striping Manager daily.\nMaintains a positive attitude, integrity, is a Team Player and Hard Worker.\nMust be flexible with workdays and able to work overtime.\nMust be able to stand for extended periods of time in various climate conditions.\nPerforms daily and weekly maintenance and inspections of striping equipment and stencils.\nTake necessary precautions to ensure the job is being done in the safest manner possible.
