This individual will ensure timely customer response, accurate sales information, consistent CRM usage, clean opportunity tracking, and continuous improvement across the sales administration process.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead, coach, develop, and hold accountable the Inside Sales and Customer Service teams.\nEstablish department goals, KPI expectations, workflow standards, and service‑level expectations.\nManage daily sales administration activities, quote support workflows, reporting rhythms, and process documentation.\nMonitor sales pipeline activity, quote‑to‑order conversion, lead progression, open opportunities, and customer follow‑up.\nPrepare sales reports and support leadership with forecasting, planning, dashboards, and scorecards.\nServe as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HubSpot CRM.\nMaintain accurate CRM records, workflows, dashboards, reports, forms, pipelines, task views, and automation where appropriate.\nTrain employees on proper HubSpot usage, including tracking emails, logging activity, creating tasks, updating deals, and using templates or snippets.\nOversee customer service activities, including customer inquiries, order status requests, issue escalation, and complaint resolution coordination.\nCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, and Product Management to improve communication, customer response, reporting accuracy, and process effectiveness.\nDevelop and support lead intake, assignment, qualification, follow‑up, and closure processes.\nIdentify recurring customer or process issues and recommend improvements that increase speed, accuracy, sales effectiveness, and customer responsiveness.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.\nMinimum of five years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Sales Operations, or a related leadership role.\nMinimum of three years of staff management or team leadership experience.\nAdvanced proficiency with HubSpot CRM, including contact, company, and deal management; tasks; activity tracking; dashboards; reports; templates; and workflow concepts.\nStrong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel for reporting and analysis.\nExperience working with ERP systems in a business‑to‑business or manufacturing environment.\nStrong analytical, organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Product Management.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in manufacturing, electrical products, industrial distribution, or contractor supply channels.\nHubSpot Sales Hub certification or equivalent practical CRM administration experience.\nExperience aligning CRM, ERP, Outlook, marketing platforms, and business intelligence tools.\nExperience with Power BI, advanced Excel dashboards, or similar reporting tools.\nLean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or business process documentation experience.\nMedical, dental and vision Insurance\n401(k)\n401(k) Matching\nHealth Savings Account\nCompany Paid Life Insurance\nVoluntary Life Insurance\nCompany Paid Short-term & Long-term Disability\nPaid vacation & holidays\n\nEricson Manufacturing Company\nengineers and manufactures temporary power, lighting and electrical safety products for commercial/industrial construction, facility maintenance and other industries.
