As a Meat Associate, you'll play a vital role in preparing and presenting premium meat products while delivering exceptional customer service.RequirementsEssential Job Functions:Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and fulfilling ordersCut, grind, weigh, price, wrap, and package meat according to customer specificationsMaintain product knowledge to assist customers effectivelyReceive, unload, stock, and rotate fresh meat deliveriesEnsure all products are within sell-by dates and maintain proper display standardsFollow food safety and sanitation procedures consistentlyUse cutting gloves and wear non-slip shoes for safetyHandle multiple tasks efficiently while staying organized and attentiveQualifications:Must be 18 years or older.Proficiency in English is required; Spanish skills are a plus.Non-slip shoes are required for safety (not provided).Legal authorization to work in the United States.Reliable transportation is a must.Physical RequirementsLift and carry up to 50 lbs easily.Stand and walk long periods Hear and follow instructions and customer needs.Bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and move easily in a busy place.Work comfortably in cold areas and with cleaning products.Handle fresh ingredients without allergies.Use step-stools and ladders safely.Keep balance while working carefully.Communicate clearly with team members.Stay Connected!Follow us on social media to stay up to date with new opportunities and exciting news.
