HVAC Install Helper

HVAC Install Helper We are looking for a motivated and dependable HVAC Install Helper to join our growing team serving Metro Atlanta. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who wants to learn the trade and grow into a Lead Installer role. You will work alongside an experienced Lead Installer assisting with residential HVAC system installations while gaining hands on experience in the field. Benefits & Pay • Compensation is based on experience. Candidates with prior HVAC installation experience will be eligible for piece rate pay, while entry level candidates with little to no experience can expect an hourly starting rate of approximately $16 to $18 per hour • Overtime incentive calculations on top of piece rate earnings • 401(k) & Roth plans with 4% company match • Weekly direct deposit every Friday • PTO and paid holidays • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Company vehicle, phone, large tools, and tool account provided Qualifications • Strong work ethic and positive attitude • Mechanical aptitude required • HVAC install helper experience preferred • Strong communication and customer service skills • Detail oriented and reliable • Comfortable using smartphones and email • Must have personal hand tools • Clean driving record and ability to pass background screening Preferred Certification • EPA Type II Certification preferred Schedule • Monday through Friday • 8 to 10 hour shifts • Weekends as needed If you are ready to build a long term career in HVAC with opportunities for growth and strong earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.
