Data Program Manager
The Project Manager, Program Management - SAP S/4HANA Business Transformation supports a multi-year enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation program by coordinating a portfolio of initiatives across Business Owners, SAP/IT teams, and third-party partners. This role focuses on end-to-end Data Management capabilities and operates within the Transformation Management Office (TMO).The position ensures initiatives are aligned to business priorities, governed consistently, integrated across workstreams, and supported by strong business readiness and adoption planning.This role serves as the bridge between strategy and execution, providing portfolio-level visibility, dependency management, and readiness coordination without direct ownership of deployment execution.Key ResponsibilitiesData Workstream Planning & Execution• Establish, communicate, and monitor scope, deliverables, and execution plans across multiple data, analytics, and reporting workstreams.• Drive coordination and progress across Data workstreams.• Manage Data milestones within the integrated project plan.• Ensure Jira artifacts, dependencies, and workstream details are accurately maintained.• Monitor weekly progress with Scrum Masters and Data team leads.Data Management & Governance• Support Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance initiatives.• Oversee Data Migration and Data Conversion activities.• Collaborate on SAP Data Design initiatives.• Ensure alignment of Reporting and Analytics requirements across business functions.Business Owner & Process Owner Engagement• Partner with Business Owners and Enterprise Process Owners (EPOs) to define objectives, scope, success metrics, and decision ownership.• Develop participation plans and monitor business engagement commitments.• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and resolve priority conflicts.SAP / IT Coordination• Collaborate closely with SAP, Data, and IT teams to align priorities and delivery schedules.• Provide visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies impacting business readiness.• Ensure integration across process, data, reporting, and technology workstreams, including customer, pricing, billing, and financial processes.Third-Party & System Integrator Management• Coordinate with System Integrators and external partners to ensure compliance with program governance standards.• Track deliverables, dependencies, and risks.• Support issue escalation and ensure quality documentation and knowledge transfer.Business Readiness & Adoption• Coordinate enterprise-wide readiness activities, including planning, tracking, testing, training, and adoption support.• Partner with Change Management, Training, Communications, and Data Leads.• Identify and escalate readiness risks related to timing, capacity, and adoption.Risk, Dependency & Value Management• Maintain portfolio-level visibility into risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies.• Support tracking of business benefits, KPIs, and value realization.• Promote outcome-focused reporting and business capability visibility.Key Stakeholders• Business Owners• Enterprise Process Owners• SAP & IT Teams• Deployment Directors• Data Leads• Change Management Leads• Training & Communications Teams• System Integrators• Transformation Program Director________________________________________Required Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree required.• 8+ years of Project or Program Management experience.• 3–5+ years supporting SAP ERP transformations (SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA).• Strong experience in Data Management within SAP environments.• Experience working with business leaders, IT organizations, and system integrators.• Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Migration, Master Data Management, Reporting, and Analytics.• Ability to manage complex cross-functional dependencies and business readiness risks.• Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and enterprise program governance.________________________________________Preferred Qualifications• Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.• Knowledge of enterprise data strategy and governance frameworks.• Experience with business readiness, organizational change management, and user adoption initiatives.• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.________________________________________Desired Leadership AttributesIntegrator & OrchestratorConnects strategy to execution across business, IT, SAP, and external partners.Proactive Risk ManagerAnticipates dependencies and readiness challenges before they impact delivery.Business-Focused LeaderPrioritizes business outcomes, adoption, and value realization over task completion.Influencer Without AuthorityDrives alignment and progress through collaboration, communication, and credibility.Governance ChampionMaintains high standards of accuracy, consistency, reporting, and program governance to ensure a single source of truth for leadership decision-making.Top of Form
