This role is accountable for end‑to‑end program delivery across multiple technical and analytic workstreams, translating intelligence mission needs into executable technical solutions.\nThe Program Manager serves as the primary interface between government stakeholders, engineers, analysts, and operational users—balancing mission urgency, technical feasibility, and delivery risk. This role requires a technically fluent leader capable of driving outcomes in a dynamic, classified environment while maintaining strong customer trust and team cohesion.\nResponsibilities:\nLead and manage all aspects of program execution, including cost, schedule, scope, and performance in support of NASIC mission objectives.\nDevelop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive Program Management Plan (PMP), including schedules, milestones, risks, and performance metrics.\nProvide weekly and monthly program status reporting, risk and issue management, and Program Management Reviews (PMRs).\nApply appropriate project management frameworks (Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, or hybrid) based on tasking and intelligence mission needs.\nLead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams supporting operations, business processes, and analytic capabilities.\nServe as the primary point of contact with government leadership, ensuring alignment with intelligence priorities and rapid response to mission needs.\nTranslate intelligence mission requirements and operational needs into clear technical scope, priorities, and execution plans for engineering and analytic teams.\nBridge communication between engineers, analysts, and end users to ensure shared understanding of requirements, constraints, and delivery tradeoffs.\nProactively manage evolving requirements and mission priorities, adjusting scope and execution plans while maintaining schedule and performance discipline.\nEnsure the development and maintenance of clear, mission‑relevant program documentation, including requirements, technical designs, SOPs, and end‑user guidance.\nEnsure compliance with DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), and NASIC security policies and procedures.\nSupport modernization initiatives, including system upgrades and transitions to secure cloud‑based environments.\nQualifications:\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.\n10+ years of experience in program or project management supporting complex IT, analytics, or mission systems.\nDemonstrated experience with SDLC and/or Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nCurrent Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.\nExperience developing and managing schedules\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively with software engineers, data/analytics teams, and operational users without requiring hands‑on development responsibilities.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief senior leaders and both technical and non‑technical audiences.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) organizations, including DoD intelligence components, Air Force intelligence units, or NASIC‑equivalent mission environments.\nDemonstrated understanding of intelligence workflows, analytic production, or intelligence business operations.\nExperience leading or supporting digital transformation, workflow modernization, or data‑driven capability improvements in mission environments.\nExperience with Microsoft collaboration and analytics platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI).\nExperience supporting secure cloud migration or IT modernization initiatives in classified environments.\nExperience managing cleared teams in SCIF environments.\nClearance Requirement:\nActive TS/SCI clearance is required at time of hire.
