Prefer 2-3 years' experience in construction management, construction, land development, or design of infrastructure projects, or multiple student internships in the construction industry. Type of infrastructure projects include bridges / structures, roadways, green infrastructure, curb, gutter, sidewalk, underground utilities, earthwork, etc. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Candidate must have experience working in a team environment.\nResponsibilites:\nMaintain tracking logs\nReview submittals\nDraft responses to RFIs and letters\nPerform independent cost analyses for extra work\nPerform quantity takeoffs\nReviewing quantity sheets\nPrepare the agenda for the weekly construction meetings\nAttend the weekly construction meetings and take meeting minutes\nReview certified payroll and perform labor compliance interviews\nReview and track DBE utilization\nMaintain the project records\nAssist with project closeout documentation\nPerform site inspection as needed\nQualifications:\nCertified as an Engineer-in-Training (preferred).\nBS in Construction Management, Civil, or Structural Engineering (preferred), OR\nFour (4) years of relevant Construction Engineering experience\nCompetitive Salary and generous benefits including health, vision, dental, life, disability, 401(k), PTO and paid holidays.
