Our client is seeking a skilled L2/L3 Voice Support Engineer to provide advanced support for enterprise voice and telephony systems. This role focuses on troubleshooting complex issues, serving as an escalation point for lower-tier teams, and ensuring the stability and performance of Avaya-based environments. This is an onsite position based in New York, NY.Starting at $35/hour.L2/L3 Voice Support Engineer's Responsibilities and DutiesAct as L2/L3 escalation for complex voice and telephony incidents.Diagnose and resolve issues related to call routing, call quality, and system performance.Perform detailed call flow analysis and trace diagnostics within Avaya environments.Support and maintain Avaya Communication Manager infrastructure.Administer and troubleshoot Avaya System Manager and Session Manager.Work with Avaya AADS and Utility Server for reporting, diagnostics, and system support.L2/L3 Voice Support Engineer's Qualifications and SkillsStrong hands-on experience supporting Avaya voice environments at an L2/L3 level.Proven expertise with Avaya Communication Manager.Experience with Avaya System Manager and Session Manager.Working knowledge of Avaya AADS and Utility Server.Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting, call traces, and log analysis.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
