With the help of this individual, the agents are looking to focus more on selling real estate and much less on the back-end and daily operational tasks.Applicants should be extremely thorough, confident in learning new technology, and have some background in customer service or administrative support. This person will have a strong sense of urgency, love "to-do lists," and thrive in a role where they are handling transaction coordination, listing coordination systems, and marketing supportCompensation:Salary: $43,000-$48,000 (based on experience)Paid Time OffBonus OpportunitiesGrowth PotentialResponsibilities:This person's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Transaction Coordination:Oversee all administrative tasks related to buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement through closingEnsure offers, counteroffers, and all addenda are correct, complete, and fully executedAssist with escrow documentation and ensure all contractual timelines are metCommunicate consistently with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and vendors to ensure a smooth and successful closing processListing Coordination:Manage the full pre-market listing process from signed agreement through market debutInput and maintain accurate listing data in the MLSReview disclosures, city-specific requirements, and all necessary documentation for agentsGather all pre-listing notes and photo documentation about the property, including systems, features, upgrades, history, etcCoordinate showing availability and open house times with agents for occupied listingsCommunicate consistently with sellers to provide updates and ensure a smooth experienceCollaborate with team listing agents to ensure listings are prepared effectively for the marketQualifications:Tech savvy; proficient in CRM systems, Dotloop, SkySlope (or similar), and Google Workspace/Microsoft OfficeStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh-level organizational and project management abilitiesHeart, grit, service-based attitude, and commitment to excellenceLicensed or willing to obtain a real estate license (required; support provided)Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsComfortable handling strong personalities and maintaining professional communicationExtremely detail-oriented; must love checklists and completing a large volume of tasksLearning-based, coachable, and eager to growAbility to work independently while maintaining high standardsAbout Company:The Fine Homes Group is one of the leading real estate teams serving New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts.
