Payroll Administrator

Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll processing using UKG software. Ensure compliance with local and national payroll regulations. Process and review payroll data, including salary adjustments, overtime, and bonuses. Address employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve any discrepancies. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data. Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and industry best practices. Generate reports and analyses related to payroll metrics. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, with specific expertise in UKG software. In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion. Effective communication skills to interact with employees and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.
